Leveraging ICC-certified examiners, licensed California professional engineers, and dedicated Certified Access Specialists (CASp), 4LEAF delivers rapid over-the-counter and emergency reviews within 48 hours, full document checks within 10 working days, and rechecks within 5 working days.
Since 2024, 4LEAF has provided on-site Building Official and front counter administration services for the City of Avalon under an on-call agreement. The Building Official oversees day-to-day municipal building department operations, interprets complex code requirements across diverse construction scopes, manages plan check and inspection workflows, and ensures all community development aligns with local safety standards, development approvals, and state mandates.
