Scope of Services Provided
4LEAF closed out the City of Hollister’s “Project Almond” which was Amazon’s signature fulfillment center and office space for the Silicon Valley area. 4LEAF provided two full-time Inspectors of Record (IORs) and Public Works personnel for the entirety of the project. The project included a 1 million sq. foot structure on a 1,400-acre lot. The project was valued at over $50 million.
4LEAF has provided full Building Department services to the City of Hollister since 2012. Throughout our partnership with the City, we have continuously provided multiple full-time employees at the City’s Building Department. The services provided include Building Official, Building Permit Issuance, Inspection, Code Enforcement, and Plan Review services which are esstentially all standard functions of a Building Department. Additionally, 4LEAF also provides off-site Building and Fire Plan Review services.
4LEAF provides professional planning staff to the City of Hollister to manage day-to-day current and long-range planning functions. The team processes a full-range of discretionary and ministerial applications, prepares staff reports and environmental documents under CEQA and NEPA, represents the City at public meetings and review committees, and ensures projects align with adopted plans and state law. 4LEAF also completed a comprehensive rewrite of the City’s Zoning Ordinance, supports ongoing ordinace updates, oversees major residential and commercial development projects, advances Housing Element implementation, and coordinates interdeparmental review to ensure efficient, compliant project delivery.
