4LEAF provided building inspection services to the Public Works Department to act as owner’s representative for the construction of these two fire station projects. Fire Station #17 is a three bay 12,800 sq ft project. Fire Station #18 is a two bay 8,600 sq ft project, including a paramedic team and a fire tender. Each incorporated 36 different environmentally friendly features from recycled materials to energy efficient appliances. As an essential services facility, this project had particular attention paid to accessibility requirements for use during any civil disturbance.
