4LEAF provided subconsultant field inspection services for this $41.5 million Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project for a 14-mile bus rapid transit district system that extends from the Downtown Transportation Center in Las Vegas to Horizon Drive in Henderson. Project components included solar-powered passenger shelters at 21 locations and barrier free boarding with ticket vending machines. The Boulder Highway BRT runs in a dedicated curbside lane from Downtown to Tropicana Avenue with a small section of the lane running in mixed-flow traffic from Tropicana south to Horizon Drive.
