In addition to our other services, with the City, 4LEAF Planners provided residents and local professionals with the necessary information to proceed with rebuilding their respective projects as part of the Woolsey Fire rebuild process. This information included application(s), fees, and average timeline for completion of entitlements. We also worked with other City departments to create and convey all regulations related to reconstruction.
Rebuilds that differed significantly from the original design or footprint required administrative or Planning Commission approval. Our staff worked with the City to coordinate outreach and educational meetings to speak to residents and local professionals. Staff also provided data analysis on application types received, approved, and pending for public dissemination and City meetings.
